Melero Careers has immediate openings for Sales Associates. This position requires providing outstanding customer service, selling and up-selling products, and provide customer support. Responsibilities: -Greet customers in a timely and positive manner – create a positive sales experience for the customer. -Identify the customer’s needs and provides information related to products and services. -Completes all aspect of the sale including the creation of account records to establish service, accepting customer payments and any other transactions. -Is a “knowledgeable expert” for customer trouble shooting and resolving issues. -Maintains records of existing and potential customers. -Preform sales tracking, customer account updates and related reporting. -Sell and up-sell products Qualifications Include: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Excellent interpersonal skills Dedication to the position 1-year retail sales or customer service experience; wireless/telecom experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays. Our ideal candidate would be available and able to work any shift that falls within hours of operation for this location.
